Custom Orders
Please take note of the customization process:
1.Clients are required to complete & share the customization form accordingly.
Measurement Guide:
-CHEST/BUST: measure the circumference around fullest part of your chest/bust.
-WAIST: measure the circumference around belly button.
-HIPS: measure the circumference around the fullest part of your hips.
-SLEEVE LENGTH: measure the sleeve length from the end or your shoulder to your wrist.
-FULL LENGTH:
Pants: measure from waist to your ankle or floor.
Shorts: measure from waist to your hips or knees.
Shirts & Jackets: measure from the shoulder to the waist or hips.
Dresses: measure from the shoulder to your hips or knees.
Kimonos: measure from the shoulder to your ankle or floor.
N.B Measurement assistance may be requested; a booked appointment is required.
2.Clients are required to choose their preferred fabric/fabrics from the available options.
3.Clients are required to make a 50% deposit for production to commence.
N.B Step by step communication will be shared with the clients once production commences, kindly note that 2-4 weeks lead time is required until the delivery date.

International Shipping
Sweet Savannah has partnered with DHL Express and DHL Parcel to deliver to 220 global destinations worldwide.
Nationwide Shipping
Sweet Savannah has partnered with The Courier Guy to deliver to most provinces and areas in South Africa.
Online Shipping Process
- Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.
- Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the shipping date.
- Orders are fulfilled Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 4 PM SAST
- Communication will be shared via email or WhatsApp when your order has been shipped for tracking purposes.
- Shipping costs may vary based on the customer’s destination address & country.
- Please note that the garment prices displayed on the website exclude courier or shipping, tax and customs duty costs.
6.1 Customs Duty Costs
Once your order arrives at its destination, you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes for where your shipping location. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing your order.
6.2 Terms and Conditions for refusing to pay customs Duty Costs:
- If you refuse to pay customs and duty charges and reject the delivery, you may request that the item be returned to Sweet Savannah.
- Sweet Savannah will be notified of the return once the item is on its way back to us
6.3 Refund Process
6.3.1 Upon receiving the returned items, Sweet Savannah will process a refund for the order amount, minus the cost of returning the items and the original shipping fees.
6.3.2 You have 10 business days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
6.3.3 Shipment charges or import duties paid are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, email ceci@sweetsavannah.co.za with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return or exchange. Our customer service team will confirm your request and guide you through the available options.
6.3.4 Returns received outside the 10-day window may not be processed or may only qualify for store credit.
6.3.5 Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
6.3.6 A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items, minus the cost of shipping.
6.3.7 Please note of the exchange & defective process below:
6.3.8 Sweet Savannah will exchange items for other products of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be charged the difference before the new order is shipped.
6.3.9 Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on exchanges.
6.3.10 Shipping is not responsible for refunding duties and customs charges incurred on orders in the event of a return or exchange.
6.3.11 If an item is defective, Sweet Savannah will recall the item and offer a full refund, including shipping and duty charges. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed as defective or not as described on our website.
